Find your next warm mug
Hot drinks bring together wine, rum, tea, coffee, citrus, and winter spices. This collection includes eight alcoholic recipes and two without alcohol, so you can choose a mulled wine for a gathering or a simple warm drink for a quiet evening.
Pick a base and a flavor
Simple Mulled Wine uses red wine, cinnamon, cloves, and citrus peel. White Mulled Wine adds grapefruit and honey; Chamomile Mulled Wine is floral, and Lemon Mulled Wine uses limoncello and cardamom. Grog pairs rum with black tea and lemon. Apple Grog brings apple juice and spice, while Clockwork Orange combines rum, orange, honey, and cinnamon.
Heat gently and serve fresh
Follow each recipe's heating steps and avoid boiling wine-based drinks. Madame Coffee offers hot coffee, Irish cream, and vanilla. For a nonalcoholic choice, try tea-based Nonalcoholic Grog or Raspberry Sbiten, a warm berry drink with honey. Use cups or glasses intended for hot liquids.
