Give your sparkling wine a new direction

A bottle of bubbles can become a fruit-forward brunch drink, a bittersweet spritz, or a citrus cocktail for a celebration. This collection includes recipes made with Champagne, Prosecco, and other sparkling wines. Check each recipe for the wine it calls for.

Pick your style of toast

Mimosa combines equal parts Champagne and orange juice; Buck's Fizz uses more wine than juice. Bellini is peach and Prosecco. For berry flavor, try Kir Royale or Chambord & Champagne. Aperol Spritz is the bittersweet option, and Poinsettia brings cranberry and orange liqueur. French 75, French 95, and Old Cuban pair bubbles with gin, bourbon, or rum.

Protect the bubbles

Keep the wine well chilled and open it close to serving time. Shake or stir the still ingredients as directed, then add sparkling wine at the end. Never shake a sealed container with Champagne or soda inside.
